Please note that all quoted rates are in US Dollars. All registration payments must be made in US Dollars via MasterCard, VISA, or check. Cancellations must be received in writing by May 6, 2019 and are subject to a $50 administrative fee. After May 6, 2019 registration fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed after the annual meeting. No refunds will be made for no-shows. A returned check fee of $30 will be assessed for all returned check.

Conference Registration rates include:

  • Entry to all scientific sessions: plenaries, invited symposia, organized paper symposia, organized poster forums, roundtable discussions, “20 x 20” presentation, grouped paper sessions, TED-Like Talks, Special Interest Group meetings, SPR Cup presentations and exhibits.
  • Morning and afternoon coffee breaks, Tuesday evening Opening Reception, Wednesday and Thursday evening Poster Sessions and Receptions, Diversity Network Reception, and the Awards Presentation Reception.
  • Conference Mobile APP. The program schedule will be available on the Conference Mobile APP, as a web-based format with search features, and as a PDF on the SPR website at preventionresearch.org. We bring this to your attention so that you can plan accordingly prior to arriving at the conference.

Pre-Conference Workshop Registration:

  • Attendee registration for the May 28, 2019 Pre-Conference Workshops is a separate registration fee.
  • The pre-conference workshop registration includes electronic workshop handouts and morning and afternoon coffee breaks.
  • Registration rates for PC Workshops I and II are discounted by 75%. Funding for the discounted rate is sponsored by the NIH, Office of Disease Prevention for PC Workshop I Improving the Efficiency of Longitudinal Research Using Responsive and Adaptive Survey Design Techniques and PC Workshop II Novel Approaches for Public Health Informatics: Integrating and Analyzing Administrative Big Data Public.
  • Registration for PC Workshop V is free. PC Workshop V How to write a research grant application to the Institute of Education Sciences: (IES) Bringing Prevention  Science Ideas to Education Research is presented by IES, U.S. DOE.

Please note all presenters are required to register for the conference. To be eligible for member registration rates, 2019 membership dues must be current at the time you register. You may join/renew your membership AND register for the conference at the same time.
