About SPR Annual Meeting Locations
SPR Annual Meetings are traditionally held during the week of the Memorial Day holiday, which helps the Society secure more competitive hotel guest room rates and meeting costs.
The 2027 and 2029 Annual Meetings will be held at the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC. The 2028 Annual Meeting will be held at the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
These properties provide the meeting rooms, poster space, audiovisual capabilities, guest accommodations, and central locations needed to support an SPR Annual Meeting of approximately 800 to 900 attendees while creating opportunities for networking and collaboration throughout the conference.
Washington, DC
The Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill is located near Union Station and Metro access, providing convenient transportation for domestic and international travelers as well as access for federal agency staff, policymakers, and administrators.
Minneapolis, Minnesota
The Hyatt Regency Minneapolis is located in downtown Minneapolis near the convention center, public transportation, restaurants, and local attractions, with convenient access to Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport.
