The SPR Board of Directors acknowledges the community of people who have volunteered their time, and engaged in collaborative and innovative thinking, in shaping the 2023 conference “The Role of Prevention Science in Achieving Social Justice and Health Equity for All.” We thank the dedicated Executive Program Planning Committee members with a special thank you to Dr. Miguel A. Cano, 2023 conference chair, for his leadership. Gratitude also goes out to all of the members who volunteered their time to serve as chairs of the abstract review theme committees, and to the more than 150 members who reviewed abstracts and participated in the thematic review committees. We also appreciate and thank those who organized the “special” sessions: plenary session workgroups, SPR Cup organizers, Diversity Network Committee, and Early Career Preventionist Network Committee. Many thanks to our volunteer session moderators. We would also like to give a special thanks for the support from our funders and sponsors.
